Chiropractic
Chiropractic is an evidence based, non-invasive, hands-on health care discipline that focuses on the neuro-musculoskeletal system. Chiropractors are trained to assess, diagnose, educate and provide treatment for a variety of conditions arising from the muscles, joints and nerves.
Our chiropractors use a variety of techniques including: spinal manipulation/mobilization, soft tissue therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, acupuncture/dry needling, rehabilitative exercises and education. Each treatment is individualized and tailored to meet your health goals.
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is the manual manipulation of your body's soft tissues to achieve a therapeutic response. It improves the circulation of the blood and lymph, relieves pain and stress, and may reduce blood pressure. Massage therapy often has a relaxing and calming effect. There are many different techniques utilized in massage therapy and treatment will be individualized to meet your health needs.

Acupuncture/Functional Dry Needling
Medical acupuncture/FDN is a form of acupuncture that incorporates the principles of traditional Chinese acupuncture into a medical framework. It is typically performed by trained healthcare professionals, such as chiropractors or physical therapists, and is used as a complementary or alternative therapy for various medical conditions to help manage a wide range of conditions, including pain management.
Custom Orthotics
Custom orthotics are specialized shoe inserts designed to address individual biomechanical issues and provide tailored support to the feet. These orthotic devices are custom-made based on a detailed assessment of an individual's foot structure, gait pattern, and specific needs. By accommodating unique foot characteristics, such as arch height, pronation, or supination, custom orthotics aim to alleviate pain, enhance comfort, and improve overall foot function. Custom orthotics contribute to better alignment and stability, promoting a healthier and more comfortable walking experience.
