We provide treatment for injuries and ailments in order to maximize recovery and improve performance.
We take a patient-centered approach to care. We encourage our patients to be actively involved in their treatment and tailor our treatments to meet our patient's unique health needs. A patient-centred approach to care is holistic and takes into account the whole person, rather than a specific condition or ailment. We strive to empower our patients when it comes to their health.
We provide a variety of treatment options to help you meet your health goals. We offer joint manipulation, joint mobilizations, acupuncture, dry needling, soft tissue therapy, education and exercise as part of our treatment plan. We may refer you to another health care professional if we feel it may enhance your recovery.
